Love the design of this bag for my daughter

These bags aren't exactly cheap. After only a couple of uses by a 10 year old, the stitching on the straps started to come away. We contacted the seller, who refused to give a full refund, but did send a replacement bag. This bag was used once, and the same problem started happening again, see photos. Bag used by a 10 year old and no heavy objects in bag, should not have caused this issue. Not impressed
