Not Ideal for True Surround Sound
The media could not be loaded. Not Ideal for True Surround SoundI tried both HDMI ARC and this optical cable for 5.1 Dolby surround sound. HDMI ARC provides a much better surround experience. This optical cable feels more like 2.1, although the volume is louder.**Pros:**- Clear audio- Louder volume**Cons:**- Lacks true 5.1 surround sound effectsOverall, good for basic audio but not for genuine surround sound.
