Reliable, Effective Tool
Aside from the fact that the picture for this product has the hand gripping the tool incorrectly (imho), this glass cutter tool is well constructed and does a great job cutting for my stained glass projects.

Great product! Great price!
I am a glazier, so cutting glass is a part of my job. I fell in love with this cutter as soon as I opened it up. It has a super nice feel to it, a great weight, and also that ball at the top is great for running a cut! I would highly recommend this to my fellow union workers!

Poor Quality Control
I just received my Bloomoak Professional Carbide Tungsten Alloy Handle Glass Cutter Tool with Range 2-19 mm Professional Cutter. I was excited to use it to cut some glass. Unfortunately, that's not possible. The glass cutting head doesn't fit on the shaft of the handle. The hole is too small. The handle slides into the tile cutting head just fine. As luck would have it I need to cut some glass.I'm going to give it a single star for now. I will see how this situation is handled by Bloomoak and update the rating if and when I get a replacement glass cutter head and use it.*Update: 6/4/20Bloomoak responded promptly and sent a replacement, no questions. I received the new one in a timely manner so kudos to them for their customer support. The new cutter didn't have the fitment issue and the head attached to the handle just fine. I used the glass cutter head to cut a couple panes of 3/32" thick glass and it worked great. I would suggest people practice using it on spare glass because there is a slight learning curve to become proficient with it(pressure, angle, etc...). Thankfully, I practiced on some spare glass before I made the actual cuts because I made some mistakes initially. I only needed the glass cutter head to cut the thin 3/32" glass so your mileage may vary for the tile cutter head or the glass cutter head for thicker glass but it worked great for my immediate needs. As such I am upgrading the rating to a 4.Based on my customer support experience with Bloomoak, I would feel comfortable dealing with them again.

Does the job
Well made and does the job on glass. Always had problems with the cutting glass before i got this. Now it is a snap, literally. It comes in a nice little padded box too

Works better than the hardware store cutter
I’ve tried the basic glass cutter from the hardware store in the past and after a few tries just figured glass cutting was not something I could do. Fast forward a few years and the need to cut glass came up again so i figured I’d try it again with a better glass cutter. Turns out cutting glass is pretty easy, you just need a decent glass cutter. I credit this glass cutter for my newfound success.

Won't work just out of the box! Can't find a way to contact the company for warranty replacement!
Bought it in August for a project that fell through and was never filled with oil or used. Tried to use it today, March 1, on another project and found it won't dispense oil. It appears that the spring release mechanism doesn't work. I would like a replacement for the brass head assembly. Can't find a way to contact the company for warranty replacement!!Buyer Beware!

Works great! Add kerosene oil.
Had a pro teach me how to use this glass cutter. He said it was a very good tool! All he did was add kerosene oil and it cut great!

No thanks.
The weight of this cutter is great, however it barely scores the glass nevermind cut it.

Not really a glass cutter.
It does work, but too big and clunky for art work. Maybe it would work well on tiles.
