Is it easy to move around on carpet when down?

It's very easy to move around on any type of flooring. I use this product on carpet and find no issues. Additionally, this is much more stable than some similar products, it's strong, easy to partially / fully open and close up and moves easily on carpeting both when closed and when fully open One other thing to bare in mind is that there is storage space in the middle to keep table cloths, napkins etc. etc.

Is this easy and quick to assemble?
