Why did the price go up $13 overnight?

The initial plan to increase the price by $1 per day over a nearly two week period was rejected

what's the material? description says wood but people are saying it's particle board; also does it sag?

This is 100% (MDF) Medium-density fibreboard, aka "particle board" or "compressed sawdust", INCLUDING the legs. No part of it is solid wood. The entire thing is covered with bonded woodgrain vinyl with a walnut color pattern. The back panel is cardboard. However it is more solid and better looking than most RTA furniture, especially considering the price.

Is the height 27inches with the legs or without the legs on the display stand?

I am not seeing 27 inches in the ad, only 17 inches which is too short, not even a foot and a half high. Reading between the lines, I am guessing the 'box' itself is 17 inches and the legs add an extra 10. Seems odd to advertise furniture height without the legs installed. Can you help me? Thanks!
