Great glasses

I needed something to see the instrument gauges in the car while driving. These work just fine. It's also a plus to have the piece of plastic that magnifies the close up view on the inside of the glasses, not the outside as some other reading sunglasses have.

Mine just snapped at the bridge - I bought them June of 2106. While you might think that's makes them a poor choice I wore them every sunny day and when I wasn't wearing them they sat in the sun on my dashboard. For $10/pair I'm not complaining. I have a big head which probably contributed to them snapping but they fit my big head nicely. They have holes at the end of the bows so I strung them so I wouldn't lose them. The bifocal feature plus stringing them makes them really handy - I don't need to take them off and use my reading glasses when I shop etc., that's nice. Plus when I'm driving I can read the speedometer etc on the dash. The bifocal edge is set well - it's there when you need it but I don't notice it when I'm driving. They look nice, are sculpted to fit on (but not ride on) your cheeks, and for plastic there is little distortion. These are my go to's and I keep a pair in each car so I'm ordering another 2 pair. Real good value for the money.

Use these for cycling, since I’m getting older need some help reading my bike computer. also use for running trails and travel. They last me 2-3 years with extreme treatment. Heat, cold, rough handling then they always break in the nose area. Oh well, for the price I’m happy.

Bought these to wear on vacation for one week. Good thing I bought 2 pairs, as the first pair broke on the second day of use. Then the second pair broke on their third day of use! I SWEAR TO GOD, both pairs broke just removing them from my head. I wear eyeglasses every day so know how to treat glasses, but these are so cheap the plastic can't take any stress whatsoever! Both frames broke in the exact same place. On the bridge of the frames. This plastic is just too rigid to be used for glasses in my! Glad I'm only out $25! Maybe the company will refund my money!

Okay, first acknowledge you get what you pay for and these are cheap sunglasses. I bought mine because I need the bifocal, but use them for cycling and driving and I am notoriously bad for loosing and abusing sunglasses. So I don't put a lot ($) into them. Having said that..The glasses fit my head well, they have a wrap around feel that is secure on the head without feeling tight. The bifocal is adequate. But they come in a clam-shell type of package which causes scratches on the lens. They have a removable vinyl sticker, to prevent this, but it was not positioned correctly to prevent scratching. The scratching was minimal, but there, and had they been a little more expensive, they would have been returned for this reason alone. The only objection to the glasses themselves is they are not perfectly clear. When wearing there is a slight blurring. In my opinion, even with cheap lenses they should at least be clear. They come with a nice drawstring bag for each pair, and a hard sided case...which will not take the glasses inside. Just doesn't fit. I give this 3 stars because as far as super cheap sunglasses go, these are pretty good. As far as sunglasses in general, they would get one star for the blurring alone, and certainly for the packaging. But like I stated, I wear them for cycling mostly and so they keep bugs or road debris out of my eyes, and allow me to read my computer etc. but for that they are just functional.

I am SO PLEASED with these glasses. There is a nice rubber on the nose piece which comfortably keeps them in place even if I perspire. There is a little rubber on the inside of the ear piece which also keeps them in place. They have just the right amount of darkness for what I need and the reading bifocal is great. I've only been using them a week but they are terrific!
