I needed cartridges again for my HP printer and was shocked at the price for brand name so I went looking for alternatives. This set of four was a good price and seemed to have the best reviews, but I was still very skeptical about taking the leap. I even waited several days before installing them and debated if I would return unopened. However, it could not have gone better. The cartridges were nicely packaged, installed easily, and I'm happy about the quality. Will definitely buy again!

These replacement cartridges are great, 1/3 of the price of the HP ones and work just as good, they even seem to last longer than the OEM inks. just did my 3 re-order! Thanks!

After years of purchasing name brand ink I decided to give value priced ink another try. I decided to buy a set of Smart Ink 934XL black and 935XL CMY for my HP Officejet Pro. I had to wait several weeks for my old HP cartridges to be used up. Didn't have to print much at the time. The Smart Ink 935XL cyan cartridge was the first to go in. I installed and followed the included instructions. Worked without any issues. Print quality was good. I was relieved it worked right off the bat. A month later I installed the Smart Ink 934XL black cartridge. Followed the instructions and again printed without issues. The magenta was the next cartridge to be replaced. I installed and followed the instructions. This time the magenta didn't print right away. After performing a level 2 print head cleaning it worked. No big deal. The instructions mentioned this maybe needed.Our house go days without needing to make a color print. During long spans of no color prints the Smart Ink 935XL magenta would again stop printing. It would resume printing only after a level 2 print head cleaning. This occurred a few times. After the 3rd time I realized it wasn't going to get better. All of the print head cleanings was using/wasting the ink. At 9pm on a Sunday I reached out to customer service via chat at https://smartink.pro/us/. After a few minutes of confirming my print problem they sent me a replacement cartridge with expedited shipping. The replacement Smart Ink 935Xl magenta worked right away without an issue.The fact that 1 of 3 cartridges (haven't needed to replace the yellow yet) from my purchase had an issue was a bummer, but how Smart Ink Customer Service quickly resolved my issue is terrific. They do stand by their product. I would definitely buy again and would recommend this brand to others.

Had trouble getting one cartridge to print, but after chatting with support they are working great! Don’t hesitate to contact support if you have issues - they are excellent!

I am very disappointed in this product. I thought it would work on my HP Office Jet 6810 which uses the 934XL & 935XL. I ordered the cartridges in Nov 2024 and wanted to use it to print up my 2024 Income taxes. To my dismay it won’t print at all. Talked to an IT and he told me the printer does not recognize the. New cartridges. It has to be an HP cartridge. Even though your package stated 934XL & 935XL it does not work on my printer. I am mad and disappointed because I just wasted $$ for something that is useless to me.
