Q: Is this actually a liquid? Or is more the consistency of molasses? I got some liquid before and it was super thick and didn't blend easily.

It's thick and sticky, as in molasses. I use it in bread dough with a stand mixer, so it blends everything together well. Just a scant tsp for2 loaves worth of dough. I've always used soy lecithin before, but this is a fourth of the cost so it's worth a try. I use it sparingly, too much spoils the mix.
