Pafal Pilates Board, Multifunctional Abdominal Board, Ab Core Trainer, Ab Trainer Machine, Ab Board, Exercise Board, Abs Workout Equipment, Core Workout Equipment

This thing is AMAZING! I have been using for 10-15 minutes a day and I already see and feel results after a few weeks. There aren’t many videos on how to use them yet so I’ve been just doing what feels natural but there are more coming around! There is a girl on YouTube who started making a bunch of videos with it. I think beginners to advanced levels of fitness could definitely benefit from this machine! It’s compact, lightweight and simple to set up and use. I am almost 5’11 and it works well for me but I wish it was a tiny bit longer. If you are a shorther than me then I would say it would be perfect! I still get a great work out with it though. I am out of shape, but even 10 minutes a day you can feel it!! Need to put it on top of a rug or yoga mat or it moves around a bit.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this product. Well not this review!!! All parts are in it(top right corner of one of my pics has the other parts), the quality is a expected, it comes assembled already, and it has some example exercises. I do feel it could be a little cheaper, only because it's not much to it. It's a very simple machine. I'm happy!!!! I wouldn't trust it on carpet, it compromises the integrity of the middle of the board.

Bought this for $80. So angry with my self. Not too bad though. But not worth it. Good for basic workout.

I love this little, easy to use, machine. It really does give you a good workout and it folds up and is easy to put away. I’m older, and trying to get back into shape so I’m really glad I purchased this tool to help me achieve my goals. Definitely worth the price!

Definitely feel it the next day if you use it correctly!

You can get this *exact* pilates board on temu for only $30. Huge ripoff and definitely not worth $150 with taxes/shipping… It’s a thin piece of plastic and comes with no instructions on how to setup. I missed the return window because I was super pregnant, hence not doing core workouts when purchased, and now post partum when I was hoping to do at-home workouts with this it’s a big bummer. Wish I would have opened the product when it first arrived otherwise I would have immediately returned it and saved $100+ before buying something else much more worth the price.

I like the Pilates Board, but I would more out of it if it came with some exercise routine examples. I assume I could find some on YouTube or Google, but I haven't taken the time to search it out. I don't think it is necessary to include a CD, but maybe a web link?

This is extremely helpful to get me going in my fitness journey. This is not for the fainted heart.I found a couple of YouTube videos that I follow. A must to take without no excuses of why you can't do pirates. You will thank yourself and your partner will know you been super flexible 😉.

Gostei muito dessa prancha especialmente para quando preciso me exercitar em casa. A prancha ocupa pouco espaço e permite diversos tipos de movimentos. Há muitos vídeos no YouTube que podem auxiliar na diversificação de exercícios. Adorei!

Tristemente no funciona bien. Las uniones no se alinean y los rieles se atoran.

No incluye temporizador
