This backpack is very strong, made of sturdy material; however, the zippers are loud and sometimes difficult to open. Capacity is great, and it's incredibly comfortable to wear. Hoping this bag will last me throughout my 3 years of university, and I'm not doubting that it will. It's built to last, but I wish the zippers wouldn't be so loud/hard to open. To preface, the zippers never get stuck; it just takes a good tug to unzip the bag. I wouldn't recommend it for someone with hand-strength mobility issues.
