Broken easily
One of The luggage’s handle got broken after first flight and couldn’t be closed any more. Second one survived one flight but handle is feeling loose.

Trolley used in bag is of very poor material and fitting.
Fitted with poor quality trolley which may not work longer. 2 years warranty doesn't cover the breakage. Overall material quality is not good.
