Did not work
Now even though this product did not work for me each person has different body chemistry. Therefore, it doesn’t mean it will not work for you. This is just my experience with the product.

I have only taken it for a week or two. It seems to keep me from feeling hungry and has good ingredients.

Ehh not worth the money
I can’t tell that it does anything at all. I’m at the end of the 2nd month taking it. So I have given it plenty of time to do something.

No Results, false claims
No results after two full jars. I Recently learned that these do not have a high enough concentration of berberine to actually do anything and it takes at least 3-4 months to see results. I call BS on any review that claims to have results.in days or weeks. Also, probiotics are supposed to feed the akkermansia that our gut actually has already. Not sure if dumping in a bunch of akkermansia powder is going to do anything without feeding it. Won't fall for the marketing game again.
