Love this sign! Configuration is easy with the app, and sign works consistently.Two minor things that don't take away stars:1. When setting your displayed hours the open hour always sets itself to AM no matter how many times you set PM. This does not affect the open sign turning on properly, as that is a separate setting that works properly.2. When Daylight Savings Time changes twice a year you have to go into the sign and update it so the internal clock adjusts to the new time or the sign will work an hour sooner or later than you'd like.Other than those two things, it's definitely a 5 star product! Highly recommended!

I’m very pleased with this sign. It appears to be very well made of quality materials. I am impressed with the many options for light colors & combinations. Manual programming of the times is a bit tedious but the programming buttons have a very solid & positive feel when they are pressed. Also, this makes it less likely that one might be accidentally pressed & mess up the display information.The Bluetooth app works well and allows the user to quickly & easily make further adjustments.It was easy to hang with good chains & mounting hardware that are more than sufficient to support the sign. The power cord is long enough to be able to mount the sign within a reasonable distance from an outlet.I was also pleased to see the company is associated with US Veterans with service related injuries/disabilities.

This is a nice sign.Pros: It is programable with your cell phone as to business hours and such. It has multiple colors that help to catch your attention. Cons: It is very small and very light sensitive. You will have to to put it at eye level and in a spot that does not receive direct sunlight. Any bright light on it will make the business hours completely disappear. I don't regret buying it, but I would not purchase again.

Don’t buy. 30 days into this, after the return window of course, this sign is unusable. You can’t read in the day. When you connect with your phone it erases all the current data on the board. Customer support was worthless.

I purchased this sign because we change hours for holidays, vacations and other reasons. We had the type of plastic sign where you could change the letters/numbers as you need. But, we also replaced that sign several times due to the letter mounting area cracking that inevitably happens with those types of signs. And from time to time we would forget to slide the sign to the open position.This sign was the answer to all of our problems. Connecting a phone to the sign via bluetooth was simple and easy. We were able to set our hours as needed and also program the "OPEN" portion of the sign to turn on and off automatically as needed. It was also nice to be able to change the colors of the different areas of the sign to our liking. The internal time for the sign was automatically set when I connected with bluetooth and is functioning as expected.The sign is bright and is visible in bright sunlight. While it is a bit washed out in direct sunlight, it's still quite visible.Now I don't know how the sign will react when daylight savings time changes, but at least I know if I connect with a phone, the time should update when I do that. I'll update this review if that's not the case come November.

Colors are OK. Looks AWESOME at night, but very hard to read during day time, especially behind glass.Automatic ON/OFF hours tend to just change on their own. Come in early AM and the sign is glowing OPEN. Go into app and my 2:00 PM on time is at 12:00 AM. Try to correct it, but even though the app says updated, it doesn't change the sign settings.Also the clock drifts over time. You MUST open the app at least once a month to re-sync the clock.Contacted GLI support several times and never a response.
