Works very well on PS5 with very effective range capabilities, however this device needs to be re-paired with earbuds every time the system is shut down/rebooted. If you're listening to music and walk around the garden it works flawlessly with mo signal degradation and sound quality integrity is optimal. No microphone functionality on ps5 though.

Unreliable. A lot of factors have effect on connections but I am tired of getting it working. Every time it self disconnects. Every time I turn on my PS5 to game. Every frickin time. Only works after much fiddling. Probably something wrong with the batch. replaced the item, got sent another from the same batch. I should be looking for a refund. Customer service help team were consistent in trying to get a solution. atm I am about to game on my PS5, and this device is not working. It turns on for a min at the start and boom, it disconnects like it has no power or something. It gets even more unbelievable when it disconnects in the middle of the game, especially while playing Ranked matches in Black Ops 6.

Works perfectly with the PS5 — no connectivity issues, and the sound quality is just as good as a wired setup. My boyfriend loves it! The only downside is the price; if it were about 10% cheaper, it would easily be a 5-star product.

Simply just brillant.!! This item is more than you think it is if you're a gamer with a screen that has no speakers. For bout a year I had the aux cable from my ps5 controller to a sound bar. It worked perfectly but the cable made me feel like I was back on ps2 again. This fantastic piece of kit was so easy to set up I was kinda speachless.( I used my pc to connect it) no hastle turned all Bluetooth off in range except my sound bar plugged it into my pc pressed the pair buttons connected in seconds removed it inserted it to my ps5 less that 5 seconds device paired note came from sound bar. It was that quick an easy no mess no stress. I did read the instructions and scanned the QR code in the box but just wanted to see if my way would work. A must for ps5 players that don't want headphones or wires hanging out of the controller.

Once it connects it works very well but it can be difficult for the airpods to connect. I have to pull it out and put it in again for it to connect everytime. But once it connects it works great.

Lo mejor es que solo hay que emparejarlos una vez, la barra de sonido ahora enciende automáticamente cuando prendo la ps5. Muy recomendado para los que juegan en un monitor sin bocinas.

Great device! Works as intended, it maintains the audio quality which is good, if youre plugging the device into your ps5 but cant pair your headphones with it, try plugging the device into your phone or tablet then try pairing it with your headphones, then remove the device from your phone or tablet and then plug it into your ps5, done! Note: turn off your phones Bluetooth before plugging the device into your phone. Also, if you're using the sennheiser momentum 4, you can now adjust the audio to your liking on the sennheiser app and it'll save it's settings within the headphones and it'll work with your ps5 with the avantree c81, reason why I'm saying this is because these headphones don't save it's app settings if they're wired/plugged into your dualsense, only through bluetooth/wirelessly

I picked up the Avantree C81-Gaming USB-C Bluetooth 5.3 adapter to use on my PS5 (Sony), pairing it with my Bose QC45s and Beats by Dre Studio Beats Pro — and the sound quality absolutely blew me away. Compared to the wired connection I had been using through the controller, this is a huge upgrade. Audio is clearer, fuller, and more immersive, with no noticeable lag while gaming or streaming. Setup was straightforward, and once paired, everything just works. For pure sound performance, this adapter delivers. One important thing to note: it does not use the built-in microphones on either headset. You have to manually switch your mic input back to the controller, which isn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it’s worth knowing upfront. Overall, this is a fantastic little device from Avantree. If you’re looking to run premium Bluetooth headphones on your PS5 with excellent audio quality, this is 100% worth it — just be aware of the mic behavior. Highly recommended.
