With so much rain in Texas, one of the four trail cams that we have throughout our property, was exposed to excessive rainfall. As such this one camera started with water drops in the picture that then led to moisture inside the camera itself. I contacted UCon customer service, and they suggested that I remove the camera allowed it to dry, reset according to customer service instructions. Unfortunately, this did not help the issue. Customer service reviewed my image quality and video quality of the camera and made a decision to replace the camera. Within a week of first contacting UCon customer service, I had a new camera. I want to publicly than UCon customer service for their attention to this matter and the responsiveness that is unmatched. Thank you. I have and will continue to recommend your trail cams to others.

Great camera with excellent customer service support! I was able to set it easily and I’m technology challenged . I love keeping an eye on our property and wildlife when we are gone!

I received this 2-pack game cameras quickly. I felt the price was excellent for this type of camera. I have an older game camera that is pretty basic. I use it on my property as I have acreage in a rural area with farm animals and always like to see what I have running around the fields. The set-up for this was easy. so far, the app seems to work well. I get a clear photo/video. I like that with a fully charged battery I also have the solar option. I live on the Oregon coast and clouds/rain can be an issue. So, I will update down the road. I am 20 miles away right now and can look at live video. Which is pretty cool.Update:The Information and description on the site say this cellular camera is supported by Verizon and other Cell providers. But my provider Verizon says they do not support this camera. I am not able to add it to my account. Which is a major disappointment. It may be a reason for me to return this camera. My other reviews stay the same. I did change my starts to 3 from a 4. I have a message into the company but so far, no return answer. I will update when that happens.UpdateThe company contacted me, and I was impressed with their concerns and wanting to rectify any miscommunication on the Verizon support. They gave me a few options and I accepted one of them. I will buy this product again if or when needed. The service was beyond what I was expecting. The product itself is been very good.Update Jan 2025The cameras still work even after one of them took a beating from one of my horses. But in my communication with the company about concerns and accepting there offer. They have yet to follow through with their promise. They were going to send me another product for free with a year cloud subscription, but I have not seen either. That is a disappointment.

These cameras are NOT as easy to set up as advertised and there are hidden cellular costs and SD cards that must be formatted. My wife and I are tech savvy and these cameras were a nightmare to set up - in the end we could not get them to work - and equally challenging to return. I DO NOT recommend this product or this company at all.

The price for the monthly or yearly plans are astronomical. Never seen prices this high for a subscription in my life.UPDATE: My cameras are saying offline. I purchased a $20 month package for my pictures to be able to be uploaded to my phone. No such luck. I gave it th 1 to 3 hours and still nothin, even 12 hours later. Can't even restart my camera from the app like it says you should after the 1 to 3 hour wait time. I need assistance with these or a refund.

Not worth the money . If I knew what I know now never would have purchased. Cost of service through them not good price.

Be forewarned, this camera will not work without a monthly subscription! The camera will NOT operate locally without a paid subscription! You must download an app to access and operate the settings for the camera. Once your “free” setup runs out of data the camera will no longer work. I purchased a micro sd card which is also useless without a monthly subscription. The app is slow and does not properly display the correct settings most of the time. Even though I have 5g, connecting to the live camera is spotty at best. PIR sensitivity and range aren’t good either. Anything more than about 20 feet won’t be detected. The only positives about this camera are the picture quality is decent and customer service responds to messages on the app.*Update 1/2/2025My issue has been resolved! This company really stands behind its products! After leaving my review, I was promptly contacted with a courteous and professional email. A+ in customer service, thanks!

These cameras take beautiful pictures. I have 5 of them at my ranch lease and my friends are all starting to convert to these replacing the ones they were using before. Thanks! Will buy more as needed.Thanks Xena at customer service for assisting so quickly with a set up question I had.
