Spiral Strength Dually, Dynamic Tricep Rope

My friend and I were getter very fed up of not only trying to locate the tricep rope which is always moving around the gym, but even using it as when you are get into the heavier weights for certain movements, the rubber-ball crushes against your little fingers which can be very off-putting; as for gripping onto the ball directly, that's not suitable either.My friend came across this product through general search, so I then researched for the reviews and they are absolutely glowing; because of this I ordered one directly from the manufacture who ship internationally.One of the BEST gym purchases I made. The rope glides back and forth as well as the cone shape grips make a huge difference to comfort; as a bonus it takes up very little room in your gym bag and you have a rope for immediate use.Note: The there is a carabiner clip attached by default which is tightly screwed on and if you want to remove this, may require a spanner, but once loosened it's easy to tighten and loosen by hand. Typically we just clip the carabiner over the gyms carabiner which is fine for what we do, but if you need it shorted a smidge, just take the carabiner off and attach the Dually directly onto the gyms clip.If you are going to get a fair use out of this, then it will definitely pay for itself overtime.

I was tired of standard, stiff and too short tricep rope, so I searched for alternatives. I decided to see if spending more would get me a better, more useful/user friendly alternative. I am pretty happy with the purchase so far (couple of workouts, only used for tricep extensions). The spiral grips are both comfortable and effective, a great alternative to grabbing standard tricep ropes. The pulley adds a nice stabilizing component to the exercise and allows the capability to exercise arms independently, if desired. I like the improved flexibility of the rope itself, combined with the spiral grip handles and the pulley for finishing off tricep extensions (separating rope at bottom with slight hold).Only negative for me = personally, I'd prefer another couple of inches of rope length (attached the included sturdy stainless quicklink to a chain for more length, but not quite the same as slightly longer rope). Overall, it is somewhat pricey, but a nice, innovative design with quality components. The Spiral Strength Dually is a definite upgrade over standard tricep ropes.

This is so well made! Wow! Use it already for Face pulls and Tri pushdowns!!! Great handles and come with a great pulley that's built solid..Must have for garage gym owners!!! It's quality Gym equipment for sure. Just did an overhead press for my triceps, wow it burns!!!! Also did upright rows!! You can do a lot of exercises!!!

Amazing pull down attachment. Super comfortable, puts you in a great position, and extremely well built. Literally every time I pull it out at the gym someone asks where I got it. Do yourself and you gains a favor and get it!

Great isolation with this rope…I am able to get some much more squeeze with this rope compared to traditional ropes…
