They work but are difficult to fill
Ice balls come out easy but filling the container is somewhat of a hassle the hole is too small. Best to just submerge the entire unit and fill it that way.

Works well
Bought several of them. Kept one and give the rest as gifts. Takes a little practice to fill so the two pieces don’t leak. I usually fill it on a plate and put it in the freezer. Cube size is perfect so your adult beverage doesn’t get watered down.

Chemical Smell
This item had such a strong chemical smell on the rubber that I was concerned it could be transferred onto the ice cube. So I returned it.

2.5 Inch Giant Ice Ball Mold...
These came very quickly, in-tacked and they work GREAT!!! No weird taste or smell. I've had others to compare this too and I can tell you...these are really good.

impossible to use
Nothing wrong with the materials, but filling is difficult- and removing cubes is nearly impossible. Its in the garage sale bin now. Maybe someone with Hulk-like hand strength will have better luck.

Great product!
Ok, so we've had this product for a year now. We have made hundreds of ice balls. It works really well and doesn't leak. We have compared it with others that our friends have purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond, this blows it away. The ice stay intact. We use it for our Old Fashions. Always a hit.

More like a flat ball
This was ok, they do spill a bit upon filling..note they do NOT make a totally round ball due to the fact that you cannot fill the mold to the top without the water leaking out the sides, more of a dome shape..good size perfect for a normal whiskey glass. Size it between a golf ball and cue ball.

Well worth it.
Love that I can now make my round ice. However it would be great to have some funnel to get the water into the mold without so much waste. But a minor inconvenience for the end result.
