atomberg Renesa 600mm BLDC Ceiling Fan with Remote Control | BEE 5 star Rated Energy Efficient Ceiling Fan | High Air Delivery with LED Indicators | 2+1 Year Warranty (Gloss White)

This is the review of a Pearl White 60 mm fan we set up in the kitchen. From the time you open the box, you know that you have a high quality product on hand. Looks: Minimalist looks. LEDs light up when started and an be kept on or off via a button on the remote. Looks smart during operation. Assembly/Instructions: Easy to follow and laid out clearly. Set it up and installed myself. Operation: Noiseless and controlled by a remote, easy. Not yet used the timer and sleep functions, but the rest is all good. Good coverage under the fan. Motor looks powerful the way it starts and keeps increasing quickly in response to remote commands. Overall a great product. Would recommend.

The fan is noisy. It creates a distinct droning hum and it's like having a device that simulates tinnitus. Looks wise, it's nothing special. I intend to replace it, once I have had time to get throughly irritated with the noise. Update: The weird drone seems to have disappeared. Also on the plus side, discovered that Atomberg has a very pro-active after-sales/service department. Their team contacted me numerous times for arranging a service tech to check out the fan. Unfortunately, this happened to be a very busy time of the year for me, but I was impressed with the efforts. Upgrading my rating therefore, by a star.

Amazon did a great job delivering the fan safely and timely. Commenting about the fan, it's working except at 4th speed setting the fan constantly varies it's speed up and down and in boost mode after running for sometime it suddenly starts spinning faster. I didn't returned it as I was in urgent need and I usually use it at 2nd or 3rd speed settings. Few months ago I bought an Efficio 1200mm which after about 11 days started showing different weird behaviour like automatically turning off and restarts at a different speed or suddenly changes it's speed higher than boost mode speed at 4th or 2nd speed settings. Also I do bypass the regulators used with older fans, but the issues remains. There are always some issues (software or main controller board issues) with recent fans from atomberg. Quality control and after sales services of atomberg are degrading as this is the second consecutive time I got such quality issues with their fans and they don't even address complaints registered on their website.

Have been using the product for past 1month, no complaints… I am a big fan of the company have been using there products for almost 3years now without any complaints
