Pottery Barn Outdoor Spaces

Just like their other books down to earth and practical. We may not always have the weather but we can certainly use their inspiration and vision to make out door living more exciting!

I am blessed to own all of Pottery Barn's series of books for each aspect of the home, and this one is my favorite. Because I love the outdoors, this book satisfies my desire to entertain in outdoor spaces. The book is full of outstanding photographs which will give the reader many ideas when looking to our God-given outdoors! You will love this one!

お洒落なだけでもだめ、インテリア(エクステリア)が好きなだけじゃだめ、 その2点を踏まえたうえ、なおお料理も心から愛していないとこの本のようなアウトドアの華麗な装いは作れないと思う。でもページをめくり終えたあとは何かしらインスピレーションを受けてる自分がいたので私のテラスつくり、庭つくりの参考にはなった。 ページ丸々真似することはできないけど日本人の概念をちょっと崩してくれたので星4つにしました。

この本の中にあるガーデンランチのsettingなど大変うつくしい。 でも、実際、ここまでsettingできるのかな？？？と思います。

The book has a lot of ideas and suggestions for outdoor entertaining. I was expecting more pictures then copy but ultimately I was pleased with what the book had to offer.

As far as I'm concerned, Pottery Barn is the ONLY home decorating store (even on a Walmart budget: steal the idea and buy look-a-likes for less or make your own. I made a "Pottery Barn" look-a-like white-leather, tufted headboard... GORGEOUS! ...like Pottery Barn...only, > I < made...so like $700 cheaper :) ) Only fitting that I should want a Pottery Barn hardcover to drool over. Practical too...as it also becomes part of my decor...or works as a decorative lift to display other objects (a Pottery Barn idea, using a Pottery Barn book ;P). SUPER :)
