You wont see the rings/bands but you nipples will be harder, try using 2 or 3 bands on each nipple. My nips are now bigger than my wife's. I ware them under my shirt all day! I love the looks I get.

How do i no what size to get

Good question, because most dont know what size they would need, which is why there is the sample package. I am now offering a small, medium and large combo package, but a few people were asking for just the smaller sizes or just the larger sizes, so If you feel you might fit into something, a combo package would work great, but if not, the sample package has all sizes just in case.

How is it exactly do put them on

I purchased some nipple suckers that help get my nipples full and firm and these go on while those are still attached and when I get these in place I break the suction of the sucker.
