On first use, collar is super easy to inflate/deflate and it’s very soft and comfortable with the immobilization you need from a cervical collar. I’d even consider using it for chair or airplane naps, it’s that comfy.Highly recommend.

Does not inflate. Worthless. Terrible.

This was a gift for our daughter. After only a couple uses, it is leaking air and needs to be patched. Big disappointment!
