The media could not be loaded. lately i’ve been getting cafe misto’s at starbucks. they are a mix of 50% regular coffee and 50% steamed milk. similar to a cappucino but with coffee instead of espresso.wanting to have an option to make at home i found this and decided to try it.build quality is excellent, item is well packaged and includes good documentation and a little card about the company. it has clever storage for the other mixing heads. it can do heated and non heated.give it a try with some 2% milk heated. the video speaks for itself this foams very well and heats well too.nice and compact so doesn’t take upmuch room in the cabinet either.highly recommend it.

The first frother came without all of its parts. The second one now doesn’t work - the heating element won’t come on. This is a waste of money. I’m trashing it and buying something else.

Product arrived faster than expected and looks very stylish. I had ordered from another company, who after weeks of placing order and waiting, never sent their product. I am glad the other bad experience Ied me to ZULAY! ZULAY is a good company with a very inspirational story.The frother is made of stainless steel outside and non-stick inside. I spoke to company and hope they consider another material for the inside in the future, but for now this will do, as most other frothers offer similar quality and materials.I will stress that the customer service is OUTSTANDING and ZULAY is a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction and that is above and beyond most other companies. Customer service is OUTSTANDING!All material parts are accounted for and clear directions to begin use. The frother has a cold and hot feature that sets them apart from most and an option to froth or just heat.So far I am very satisfied with product and quality.

Update from my last review: 1 month later. I went to turn my frother on for my coffee this morning and it wouldn’t turn on. After doing everything, I realized the cold button works, but not the hot one, which is the one I use. Disappointed now.I usually use the frother on my espresso machine just for milk, but since I mix my latte with protein powder and collagen, I needed something that could handle it all. After trying several hand frothers that couldn’t keep up with the thickness, I finally found this machine—it does everything effortlessly! It even works great for reheating my tea when needed.

Love this frothing machine. I bought one for myself and decided to get my daughter one as a gift. They work great and the price is very reasonable.

I ordered this it worked great for about 1 week and then would not make froth. I contacted the company and had a new one in about 1 week. The new one has been working great and the one I ordered for my son is working great. I just got a bad one and the company took great care of me. I would recommend this frother and company to anyone. It makes froth just as good as any fancy coffee store. I use it to make matcha lattes, both cold and warm. I love that I don't have to deal with heating the milk, this machine does it to the perfect temperature. You will not be sorry that you bought this frother.This company really stands behind their products, something that is very hard to find these days!
