I recently purchased a washing machine, and after using it for a few weeks, I feel ready to share my thoughts. Overall, the product is quite impressive, but there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, particularly in the installation process. Ordered on 16th Jan and delivered on 18th Jan25 for best price as per current market values(₹30990/-.) Let me write cons first Cons: Installation & Demo: Feels like there is no control of amazon on installation. As I did not have 5A to 16A converter there was no demo. This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions. Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront. Pros: Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials are high-quality, and it seems built to last. There’s no flimsy plastic or cheap parts – you can tell the brand put effort into the durability of this model. Smooth Operation: The washing machine runs smoothly without any loud noises or weird sounds. It's incredibly quiet during operation, and washing clothes is efficient. No complaints about the washing performance – it gets the job done! Vibration Control: One of the standout features is the low vibration. It doesn’t shake excessively, even on spin cycles.

This machine is why I now regret purchasing a washing machine online. 1. Too heavy, 75 kg and still vibrates and rattles. You can't put this on wheels of a stand, use jacks as a must. Hence can't fit in tight spaces and can't be moved for cleaning. Plastic panel of display and buttons has already come loose in 3 months. 2. Drum size is the biggest let down. 53 litres on a 9 kg washer is a fraud. You can't fit more than 2 curtains in 1 cycle. 3. Wash cycles are super long, wastes a lot of water and electricity bill is crazy. This is how Bosch cleaning is achieved on this machine by using it for 10 hours every day. Anti Stain adds 2 hours. Anti Wrinkle / Anti Tangle adds 1 hour each. Anti Bacteria cycle is 3+ hours. Quick wash is useless. 4. Lots of discrepancies in product. Series 6 or series 8 (Amazon reviews) Steam or no steam ( compare with official website). Lower warranty than competition. Not satisfied with build. This definitely doesn't feel like a Bosch legacy product. Too pricey for the drum size. Requires high operation efforts and times. Costs of running is too high. It is okay if first timers like this product and brand loyalists are seeking validation in most reviews here, it is a bad purchase on my end.

The machine sticks to the time it says on the front. The only problem is that there is NO MANUAL FOR THE MACHINE. If you speak to Bosch they suggest the 16 page option which is just a manufacturing manual not on how to actually use the machine. The only option they suggest is to send a service engineer to explain to you.

I’ve been using this Bosch for over a year now and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing to see if any issues popped up, but it’s been running perfectly since day one. ​A few things I love: ​Water Savings: I was actually surprised by how little water it uses. If you’re conscious about your utility bills, this is a huge plus. It’s super efficient but doesn't sacrifice the wash quality at all. ​The Steam Feature: This is the real winner for me. The steam cleaning process is beautiful—it gets the clothes so much cleaner and crisper than a standard wash. Everything comes out looking brand new and perfectly handled. ​Zero Stress: Usually, with big appliances, you expect a glitch or a weird noise after a few months, but I’ve had absolutely no problems. It’s reliable, quiet, and just does its job. I have washed curtains, blankets and even clothes stained with permanent stains and this machine take it like a champ Dont wait around and just go for it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exchange is bogus. Don't fall for exchange, its a trap. The person would say old one is rusted they can not take it for exchange and you would end up paying the exchange discount amount. The same thing happened with my friend as well. So, I have two instances. Otherwise Product(9Kg) is good. Its been a month now - No noise, cloths are drier than my previous IFB washing machine(10yrs old). I would recommend.

Why the Water PIPE ADOPTER NOT given? Why Drum-Cleaning LIQUID NOT guven? First look & performance is great.
