I’ve been on the mushroom bandwagon for some years now, definitely have tried a lot of supplements and sludgy mushroom coffees, looking for the mental focus and calmer mood. This particular blend from Lifted Naturals is hands down my favorite. It’s cost effective, the dose is one capsule, it’s made with organic fruiting bodies which is the most concentrated bioactive part of the plant. So if you’re looking for focus and mood support, for getting traction with your goals in life, definitely give this a try. One of my best adhd hacks for getting productive when you feel overwhelmed is this (works great in the afternoon when your willpower battery is drained but you still have stuff to do) 1. Take some lifted mushrooms 🍄2. Drink some caffeine—matcha is amazing for this ☕️3. Make a short do-able list with times for how long you will work on each task—I like 20 minutes ✔️When I do this, I amaze myself with what I get done, I look around literally surprised at what just happened. Give it a try sometime, and for sure try these mushrooms!

I am sensitive to most things and this product didn't give me any negative side effects, thankfully. I also didn't really notice any positive effects either, though. I can't really swallow pills so I empty them into water and chug it. They don't taste bad so they're easy to get down.

Mood improvement

This supplement is easy to swallow and to take as directed and I have been taking it every day. So far, I haven't had any side effects or any other unpleasant results from taking it.

These have a great taste, and while I noticed a little difference in mood, it hasn’t effected much. I will definitely give it more time, 5 stars because they do taste good!

These aren't difficult to take but I haven't noticed any benefits. I also haven't experienced any ill effects so I will continue to take the product in hopes of seeing more benefit after extended use.

The amount may change from batch to batch, and as long as the total amount of the blend stays the same, the label doesn't change and the consumer is not informed. I want to be an informed consumer - I want to know exactly how much of EACH ingredient is in my supplement. If a product works for you one time, and the next bottle doesn't, see if a blend was used. It could be one of the key ingredients that was beneficial to you is present in a lesser amount.

This supplement contains a lot of mushroom varieties that are purported to be beneficial to your health, in a multitude of aspects.The pills are average size. There is no significant smell or taste when consuming these. They are easy to swallow.So far I have had no adverse reactions to this supplement.
