Just like the title says, this is not a tablet. Its a modern legal notepad that you write on. Its not for movies. It really doesnt do email. There are no apps. No reminders. No distractions.What it does is simulate a legal size notepad with the benefits of copy, cut, paste, erase, endless markers and pens of all colors.If you could do it on a legal pad, you can do it on this, with one exception: Undo. Undo is POWERFUL. Mine remembered and UNDID 45 characters and then restored an ENTIRE page that I thought I had duplicated but had mistakenly erased.No legal pad can do that.Its also very good at managing and creating pdf file pages.I dont use the desktop or mobile app. I direct connect mine via USB and drag & drop.Its a rock solid e-notepad that gets the job done old school style.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using the reMarkable Pro for a while now, and it has completely transformed how I manage my work and personal notes. I love this!I used to fill up notepads and notebooks with lists of all sorts, appointments and letters. Now I use my reMarkable and everything is organized. No more searching for lost notes any more! Best of all, I write in cursive!!!Thanks. A good price for a great product!!!

UPDATE:I have returned the item 8 DAYS ago, the item was received at return center the very next day. However, my refund has yet to be issued, just still stuck under “item received” status. The refund issue date that was originally for tomorrow was changed to end of NEXT WEEK, which would put me ant almost THREE WEEKS since I physically returned the item. Not to mention the time it’ll take to actually credit back to my card. Absolutely absurd. Seriously, avoid at all costs.Original:I wanted to love this. I was so excited for it. I’m a student and after a lot of research I felt this would be the best tablet to keep me organized but needed it quickly. I received the item in a timely manner, but it has been a disaster. Immediately upon opening the product, it looked and felt amazing, high quality, well built. However, when I turned it on, it took FOREVER to load/turn on. Then, when it finally turned on, it wasn’t recognizing the marker that came with it for set up. Weird, but will skip that part for now. Then it got to the part of connecting to wifi but it didn’t recognize a single network. Again, weird, but I’ll move on and come back to it. I created a passcode. Then it displayed a “corrupted disk” display and that is all it has done since. I have tried clicking the repair button that is provided on the same screen, multiple times, no luck. I tried manually turning it on and off. I tried letting it charge fully, and I even went to the website and followed the steps of a software restore, still didn’t work even though it got to the last step. Finally, I contacted the manufacturer and they took almost an entire day to respond to each email, which is also a different person each time. They explained they would send a “replacement” in exchange but advised me to strictly avoid sending in anything aside from the tablet (no folio, marker, tips etc) because they will only send a replacement for the affected part (the tablet). Which would be fine, except this likely means I’d be receiving a refurbished tablet, not new and I did not pay almost $700 for refurbished. I even tried to work with Amazon instead for replacement but they said it would have to be through manufacturer. I’m sure the product in theory would’ve been great, but it has failed to meet my expectations despite my best efforts in trying to get it to work and even trying to get a replacement despite the poor first impression. Ill be returning and looking into something different, because spending HUNDREDS of dollars and having to experience a defective product on top of disorganized customer service is crazy.

The quality and feeling is top-notch. The device and the screen is a bit too big for me, but Pro Move was too small so I had to buy this one. It is nicely integrated with cloud as well. Just one problem for me is that the paper colors are a bit too dim.

This is a great tool for writers. I enjoy the convenience and simplicity of this tablet to capture meeting notes and it is a good productivity tool that provides focus.The one thing to consider is the price for color. I use color to highlight key points in my materials but others may prefer the monochrome version due to the cost.

So far the reMarkable Paper Pro has lived up to it's expectations and I enjoy the feel of writing on it. I've noticed a few glitches in the software when it comes to using templates, but I'm sure they'll get that worked out in future updates. The biggest drawback for most will be the price, myself included, because if it weren't for Amazon gift cards I may not have pulled the trigger. That aside, you will enjoy using it for it's intended purpose.
