Foot up Brace (Version 1)

The product is great it's actually helping my wife with a drop foot so I will definitely recommend it for anybody

I am writing the review to help others who may develop drop foot. This product works. I only gave it 4 stars because of the horrible written instructions. I needed to use overnight to counteract the slight drop foot that was occurring during sleep and causing various muscle constrictions. The ad showed use without a shoe but the instructions did not. It was very frustrating and did not need to be. All the seller had to do was add the instructions on a full sheet of paper instead being so stingy using a half sheet. It did not take long for me to be comfortable with the device.

Not as comfortable as I thought. Took three people to figure it out and should come in a natural color so it wome can wear it less noticeable.

My daughter ordered 2 of these braces for me and I could not be happier!! I have dealt with the drop foot issue from Charcot Marie Tooth for decades. Only recently I found and ordered a similar brace but it can only be used with lace up shoes. It was a miraculous help but when I take my shoes off at home I fall even more because after using the brace I no longer pick my legs up as high so I fall even more. Also it does not allow me to wear slip on shoes or any style except lace up. I had seen these but wasn't sure if they would be too thick and cumbersome to fit in regular shoes so I put off ordering. They arrived yesterday and WOW I love them. I walked all around my house last night in socks with no falls and now I am at work in my slip on shoes. Thank you!! Such a simple solution for a huge and dangerous problem folks like me deal with daily.

Nope this is not for everyone. If you have any other type of foot issue including amputation of toes beware this product may cause more foot pain because of how the foot is put down and the weight distribution. I'm not saying this is a bad product I'm saying this product this questionable. I am not a doctor but I have met had many different foot surgeries and also toe amputation and I really was hoping that this product would help relieve some of the pain and lift the foot up for me personally this just did not work. I will be going back to my orthotics and foot metal brace.

i like that it is very comfortable easy to forget that it is on my foot i dislike that it does not do a good job holding my foot nup while walking bare foottotal bummer it is really over described

This is amazing!!! I never do reviews but a couple years ago I was in a bad accident and it resulted in a few surgeries and drop foot I have had a brace from the doctor but it limited all my options for shoes to just a couple options and the brace was really uncomforta. I ordered this one cause I have a new job and need a specific pair of shoes that I couldn't ware with my regular brace this one is way better!! More comfy and able to go with every shoe I own!!!! Best thing to happen to me since I learned how to walk again thank you!!!

Must look up directions on Amazon to use correctly. Not as effective as prescribed medical equipment, but does help with do It drop if you want a break from the hard surface AFO
