Acquired this model because 36GB memory, 1TB HD, i7 processor.GOOD: 5-stars: 36GB memory no slow cache problems running multiple windows crypto trading on multiple exchanges. i7 speed can see difference to i5, worth added costs. Windows 11 - modified it to look like Apple homescreen - easy to go, get what you want done. Lite weight, 50% less than other laptops purchased. Speakers and sound system - best ever have on a laptop.(Apple I hate because only comes with 2GB memory, can't update it because its soldered to motherboard, caching problems within 24-hrs freezes and crashes).CONS: 4-Stars: screen resolution is lower than Apple computers, and 2 HP laptops purchased 2 to 5 yrs ago.Blury... for crypto trading.4.8

I bought this laptop last April. I was angry at prepackaged laptops as my prior experience ended up wasting money on a laptop loaded with bloatware that could not even turn on so I needed a laptop badly. I also like larger screens and the convenience of a number pad. I could not be more pleased with this purchase! It is the best laptop I have owned in a decade. I use it for hobbies and work as I am a teacher. I write for fun create lessons and presentations, browse websites watch videos file downloads are fast and it boots up in less than 3 seconds If it was not weird I would ask my laptop to marry me for the tax breaks. You can trust that this purchase would be a smart one. It is NOT a gaming rig or touchscreen but for work and play it is well worth the price.

This laptop is barely able to run Windows. It looks powerful when you read the description, but it can barely function when you connect it to a monitor. It freezes, drops connection to the internet, and worst of all, it isn't powerful enough to update itself or Windows. This was an absolute waste of money. I will give it to my elderly mother, buy an HP, and chalk this up to experience. Don't waste your money.

I purchased this as a Xmas gift. At first I was excited that I came with an external hard drive. Then I opened the device. It was poorly constructed. The screen/keyboard connection had too much space between them where the screen could easily break off. I looked beyond that and continued to set the laptop up. During that process, the installation screen froze up and would not allow me to continue with the setup. The best point was they immediately accepted my request for a refund.
