Beautyskin Acne Lamp

I work in pharmacy and I've been dealing with acne on and off since I was a teen, and I still have problems now and again as an adult, especially when stressed. I have tried all sorts of products, fishing through the science nonsense and misleading packaging over the years.I find the spot care ranges for teens are too brutal on my skin, stripping it of oils. My skin is slightly oily, but not to the extent of a teenagers. The scrubs, cleansers, toners and other therapies only seem to irritate or break my skin making infection worse, so I needed an alternative.I bought this lamp in the sales and so far have found it to be a good complimentary treatment along with the hormone pill (dianette for females only!).There are no undesirable side-effects, and I have it on the desk near the TV in the evenings so I can listen to the news while I get my 15 minute daily dose. I think my acne possibly worsened slightly for the first 2 weeks, but this is because you are applying heat. To be honest, the only person to notice an increase in spots was me!After 4 to 6 weeks, I felt my skin was calming down, and eight to twelve weeks my skin is lovely and clear. I don't think this is solely due to the lamp but as part of a combination therapy. Like most everything, there is rarely one magical answer.Try this lamp, especially if you feel scrubs and washes aren't helping or just make your skin feel worse, tight, sore or dry. Also speak to your doctor about the pill, specifically dianette for possibly a 6 month treatment, and maybe some topical antibiotics to get you started, too. Go for oil and perfume free moisturises like Aveeno (also great for washing off makeup), be careful of harsh acne scrubs or stinging treatments. Occasionally steam pores instead or scrubbing to clear away blackheads. This combo has worked for me and now I no longer struggle with spots! I still use the lamp almost daily and so far I've kept a lovely complexion. PHEW!

I am now using this product for 3 weeks and have weaned myself off all medication other than topical retinoid (differin) WITHOUT a significant return of my acne. Hopeful that it will continue to work when the differin is stopped.

So far so good and seems to be helping kids skin. Arrived promptly and although eye protector broken in transit it was quickly replaced when the company was notified.
