It works
This is one of the few supplements I take that I can say makes a difference. During my recent Dr visit he noticed that my b12 was low on my lab report. He told me to start taking 1000 mcg of b12. I ordered this and started taking it right away. I have so much more energy and feel great. I have been diabetic for more than 20 years and take metformin which will cause b12 to lower. This stuff works and comes at a great price.

Works as expected
I have low iron and take these daily. They don’t have a taste and are so tiny you can take the little pill without water if you had to. I’ve also realized that my finger nails are actually less brittle now as well.

My doctor told me to take Vitamin B that I was low on it. I took this for 6 months and my B level went back up its a good product and a great price will be buying it again.

Easy to swallow and good for energy
Great little pink pill full og Vitamin C goodness! Doesn’t hurt my stomach but I do eat a little something first for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Who knows what you are getting, but you have faith it is what it says
I have no idea if I am getting what I am supposed to with these or not. Like all OTC meds, they could be ground up sawdust and you'd never know. Price is right and they come to my door. What else do I need to know?
