After 20 plus years in the military and now a job where I am either stuck at a desk on a computer or on my feet on the go all day (and no consistency from day to day which extreme it will be) I'd say I have a fair amount of stress on my body. Now add two boys, one who is just shy of being a real adult and a 7 year old (who thinks he will somehow magically take over the world with an army of zombies) I have a decent amount of mental stress. (This is going somewhere besides a mini therapy session just give me a couple more seconds). When stressed, I get knots in my upper back between my shoulder blades which then tightens my neck and I become a whole new level of unpleasant, cranky grouch. I cant afford a day at the spa 7 or 13 times a month (the almost adult is working every nerve I own during this final stretch) so I needed something reasonable in price and accessibility. I looked around and came across the neck massager. I liked the price, but honestly thought the arm strap things were weird. However, I was on day 6 of not being able to look left comfortably and trying to find various ways to get back to normal. Desperate for any type of relief I ordered this. I am glad I did. Now this didnt help me lose weight, I cant do math any better than before and my kids still get on nerves I didnt even know I had, but never the less I love this thing. It now holds a spot by my bed for pretty regular use. The heating features is great and while you can use it without, I like it too much to try it without. The weird arm straps are actually brilliant, they allow me to adjust it so I can pinpoint specific areas, as well as adjust the amount of pressure to what I can handle. I've had this for a few months now. Within 3 days of getting it I felt back to normal, and now if I start to feel tense I do a session or two in the evening. I still get the sore shoulders but that's my brain and body's issue. By using this though I have been able to keep it manageable and my neck mobile. I dont know how long itll last (both kids have also tried it a few times) we are getting a lot (I've probably used it for a good 50 plus hours combined time already, broken down in 15 min sessions) of use out of it. I do know I won't hesitate to replace it with another from this same manufacturer. The difference I feel in my neck, shoulders and back is great and I've saved a lot of money since I have not needed to go for a massage at all since this came to my house. I also have a tens unit that I have not needed since I started using this so now I dont have to deal with sticky pads or getting their replacements (just more money this saved me) . To recap, this purchase has been beyond my expectations and I'd recommend it to others, I'm very happy with it.

I saw a type of this gadget at a convention for 3 times as much. I am glad I waited for this. I love this, especially the heat! It has saved me money in getting monthly full massages and I can use this between them now to extend the time I take between them. I love how it relieves the tension in my neck and lower back. It even works on my legs! So far so good! I use it daily and don’t regret my purchase one bit. It doesn’t take a battery, which is a bit frustrating because the plug base is so big. But I’m sure if it had a battery, it wouldn’t work as well as it does.

The sky's the limit with the Resteck electric massager. This is beyond anything I could've imagined because I didn't think anything like this would've been invented until at least the year 2040 and if it had, it would be a joke compared to this product. The product is so effective that I kept the one that I was supposed to be sending to my parents as a gift. So I'll be ordering another one today for them and ONLY from this SAME SELLER because I don't want to take the chance on any other similar products like this on Amazon not coming with my favorite 'intuitive' feature. This intuitive feature I'm speaking of happens when the massager hits a really stubborn knot and somehow knows to change modes into the perfect unknotting experience that sends you into complete bliss. You can control the pressure yourself with the tiniest forward motion of your hands which are resting securely in the little sleeve pockets you see in the ad's product photos. The heat feature is great and never gets hot enough to feel uncomfortable so this is super safe to fall asleep to, and then there's the automatic shut off just in case. I am a deep tissue massage lover and this massager surpasses any masseuse that's ever worked on me. I really wish this would've existed sooner because I could've avoided some circulation problems. This one massager works on my feet, the sides of my neck, my stomach, my back, lower back, thighs, and the list keeps on going. I never thought I'd have the luxury of an in-house masseuse at that affordable one time cost. I think the prices will skyrocket when people realise what a gem this is. It may even be a lifesaver if used ritually everyday. It really doesn't get better than this. Oh, and it actually feels more real than real fingers if that makes any sense because real fingers could never reach those areas on me like the deepest crevices behind the shoulder blade and between your lower back that meets your hips. Oh, and my feet are usually off limits when massaging because the pressure is never right. Well, in less than minute I found my perfect feet massaging pressure. I have had severe nerve damage after my neck fusion surgery 4&1/2 years ago.... I was seriously in bed for 3&1/2 years and the ONLY thing to help me FINALLY was an amazing Chiropractor that actually put me on a tension machine to stretch my muscles and allow other vertebrae to slip back into place that had “fallen out of alignment” according to my surgeon 🙄 and there was nothing more that they could do except another surgery! NO THANKS! But even with Chiropractic care every week, I still had completely tense muscles due to the nerves zinging just under my skin, keeping them in a constant state of stress. I have seriously spent hundreds of $ trying to find ANYTHING to help me on a daily basis, because even though the hubby has great hands, he doesn’t need to give me a massage every night and so often, even though He tried, he would always miss “the spot” that hurt the most.... so out of desperation, I turned to my favorite place Amazon, and found this AWESOME massager! Others that I had purchased in the past, I always had to hold one arm or the other up in order to reach the spot on my shoulder blades that is the absolute worst spot, where the muscles were the tightest- and afterwords my arms and neck hurt from holding the long and heavy massager, so it was worse than when I started! Then, I found this amazing massager that I could actually put my arms in and adjust it where I need it the most AND keep my arms down where they are the most comfortable and put less tension on my neck. I can pull this right up into the top of my neck at the base of my skull and work my way all the way down my spine, then move it to the tops of my shoulders and then onto the shoulder blades. It takes ALL the tension away in about 10 minutes after work and I can seriously function at home and take care of my kids, cook and clean and do laundry, whereas before I would probably be in bed with a horrible headache after work- IF I could work at all... I work at a vet clinic and I seriously take it back and forth with me to work and use it on my lunch break! ALL of my co-workers LOVE IT, and ask me if I brought it (some days I forget 🙄) so they can use it! LOVE the carrying case- also one of the reasons I bought it. It is made very well and I put some serious strain on the straps so that I can apply more pressure as I need it! PLEASE LOOK NO FURTHER! am BEYOND pleased with my Resteck Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager. My son purchased this AMAZING device for me as a Christmas gift. I have found SO MUCH RELIEF and I'm in awe that it's so powerful. The highest setting is intense yet completely relaxing. I have tried all three settings as well as the heat setting. I can honestly say that all of the settings are powerful, but I prefer the highest setting with heat. I also love having the option to use it in the vehicle as well as at home. The car adapter was a welcomed surprise! I have used this massager several times a day since the day I opened it. One day I plugged it up and I couldn't get it to work. My husband contacted Ted and he handled the matter in a timely manner. He was also extremely professional. He offered to ship out a new device with no hassles. We weren't even asked to ship the device back. He did suggest that the issue could be with the adapter and asked if we'd try the vehicle adapter. BINGO... It worked! Ted is shipping me a new adapter to use in my home. I've been enjoying the benefits of my massager in my vehicle and I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of the adapter. This is such a sturdy, well made massager. I've tried other shiatsu massagers and they weren't worth the money or time. I love being able to put my arms in the holders so I can adjust the placement of the device. I also enjoy the fact that you can use it in various ways and reverse the massage. I must add that I am severely epileptic and have suffered from headaches a majority of my life. Since I've been using my massager, my headaches have dissipated. I am more relaxed, have less anxiety and far less muscle tension. It also has helped me with sciatic nerve pain. I'm in awe. I believe this massager was made in Heaven! Please don't hesitate to purchase one. It is worth MORE than the asking price. Everytime I use it, I literally melt into a puddle. I'm resting much better and generally feel better all around. If I ever do burn mine up, I'll get another one. No, I'll buy two or three more. Anyone will benefit from this amazing massager. I got up with a bad pain all over my body, even walking was difficult, my body was screaming because of the pain, I had a nod on my back and I used this neck massager one time for 20 minutes, the pain was as gone after that, even my walking improved, this is not a paid review, and I don’t write reviews so often, but this definitely deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️

honestly this is one of the best massagers I have every used. I really find it effective for body pain anywhere that I can use it....legs, arms, back, neck, hands!!, shoulders etc. The only reason that I am giving it a 3 star review is that I am now on my 4th machine. I use it fairly frequently on my lower back and legs...I put a fair bit of pressure on it because I like a really deep massage...and when I do that it really works to alleviate my pain. The problem is that the internal gears that rotate the heads are made of plastic and ...for me...after about 4 months of weekly use they start to disintegrate.... it starts making a loud clicking noise and then the heads stop rotating...eventually they stop working altogether. it's really disappointing as I love this device so much. I am going to buy two more today ..one for home and one for travel... mainly because I have tried others and they just don't work as well...but if they stop working within a year...I'm afraid that I will have to look for something else. I have written to the company asking them to replace the plastic gear parts with either a much harder plastic or metal gears so that they don't fall apart so quickly. I didn't receive a reply. I also returned one of the units I bought and it was replaced no questions asked which is really great. I don't feel I can keep returning them though...so I'm caught...best machine ever...breaks down really quickly for me.

In general, gets the job done. Applies just the right amount of pressure. Very comfy! Extra carry-on bag is useful. Make sure to check the type of power plug when ordering.

Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.
