Great product, I will say it was a rough start but after faithfully taking it 15 days, I have not felt this good in a long time . Before I was experiencing a lot of bloating and difficulty with BM’s now about 22 days in not feeling the bloating /trapped gas…. I am so grateful I stuck with it.

Same active ingredient as the old Culturelle abdominal support and comfort (which I can’t find anymore), and works just as well. I can do every other day with no negative effects, but I am back to bloating and discomfort with less frequent ingestion. This has helped my baseline for my fructans and gos sensitivities, so if I don’t remember to use fodzyme powder I am not in nearly as much pain as I used to be. (About me: IBS-C, severe fructans sensitivity, moderate gos sensitivity, mild mannitol sensitivity)

I wanted to believe the positive reviews, but turns out the negative ones are what happened to me. First day was great. Stomach felt wonderful, no pain, no bloat. Next day stomach was still ok but hadn’t had a bowel movement. Third day still hadn’t had one. 4th day was getting more miserable still no bowel movement. By day 5 finally went a bit but on day 6 after having one, the bloating and cramps came on hard. Stopped it after that. Can’t return of course / lesson learned.
