I love this heating pad! I bought this almost a year ago and it works so well on my shoulders and neck.

This is a nice sized heating pad that is great for relaxing the shoulders and neck. I use it to calm muscle “knots” I get in my shoulders and neck. The auto shut-off is a great feature, it charges pretty quickly, and keeps the charge for many applications, making it a reliable way to manage muscle pain.

I really like this even though the battery life isn't that great and it really doesn't get hot enough. It's cordless which is a big plus for me as I can use it while traveling or working around the house. Portability was the reason I bought it. Not a fan of velcro but in this case it's not as annoying as others.

This is pretty nice! We ordered it for my husband who has been having a lot of neck/shoulder pain. The heat mostly hits the neck, my husband wish it would get the shoulders a little better, but he was able to twist it a bit to get the area he needs. The portability is nice! He likes being able to move around and not be plugged it. It doesn’t have a funky smell. Functions well enough and the size was great.

When my neck muscles cramp during hemodialysis this heating collar is a life saver. It holds its charge well. Easy to use. Effective at loosening stiff muscles. I've been using this for several weeks with no significant problems. It is a little bit large on me, but I'm pretty small so it should work for larger people too. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

This has good heat when set on high but most of it is centered along yhe back and neck area. I needed something for my shoulders so I was disappointed when I found the only way to get good heat on them was to turn it. This means only one shoulder gets the warmth needed. Also disappointed in the low and medium settings as they produce very little heat. If you need heating pad for your neck and spine area, this would be a good option though. I liked the ability to move around and the easy to use control panel.

Had it two months and it does not hold a charge. Now it only last for maybe 20 mins. I loved it when I first got it. Especially using it during my flights for my back spasms.

It performs as advertised. She likes the weight and ability to move about without unplugging.
