Will this fit my nike 20xi tour golf bag ?

Does this work on a buggy

I can't see why not but It is dependant on the bag construction. The hood is fixed with an adjustable strap to fix behind bag handle with two spring clips to the sides of the bag. Provided you put the bag handle nearest the buggy the hood will open up and towards the buggy allowing easy access. (I have a Motocaddy bag and trolley and had to fix an attachment point to the opposite side of the bag handle to allow the hood to open away from me.)

does this work with an electric trolley

In my opinion it is designed to work with an electric trolley. The hood needs close towards the trolley handle making club removal extra quick and easy. Note of caution - I have a motocaddy trolley and bag and i had to modify the bag to provide a point to secure the rear strap.

How is this stored when not using ?

simply remove from bag and store in golf bag pocket
