Instructions suck. Ended up having to use AI to figure it out

Pneumatic hinges are far too stiff. Thing is nearly impossible to assemble

Install would have been a breeze if my pneumatic hinge was actually pneumatic. Packaging looked like a repackage as it was just a brown box with the parts inside. No instructions. And I can’t get in touch with the seller. Sucks because it’s already installed but obviously useless without the pneumatic pieces.

I bought the lift on December 16, 2024. It worked fine until my wife brought it to my attention that the door don't look level. After inspection, I found oil in the cabinet and a lift that was not working
