Product not working just after one time used
Very bad product received. Not working after only one time used . And there is no replacement is available. Don’t buy

Good product with some problem
It’s a good product but I think the heating function doesn’t work. I can feel no heat at all. The heat button also doesn’t indicate in any way that the heating function is on. There should have been an LED aside the heat button to show it’s working. This is a great drawback. The kneading is good, though.

Don't buy customer service is not good
The media could not be loaded. One limb is not working there are 4 limbs for massaging, received damaged product but still struggling with the return and replacement. After 2 days of waiting I have to give negative feedback otherwise I always concern about vendor .

Bulky product
It's very bulky and difficult to use all alone without a helping hand. Doesn't fit to my neck. Not happy with the product. Return facility also not available.

From one side it is break ...when I opened parcel.....the massager already break...and Amazon not going to return or replace it.... Now what I do ......I will not going to buy any product from Amazon...even customer care also not going to support
