I am a long-time user and believer in this product!  Where did it go?  I can't find it here now or anywhere.  Help!  Amazon--please bring it back!!

I personally spoke with a rep of the company that distributed it, OUT! PetCare, LLC in Dallas, TX, and all she could tell me was...there didn't seem to be enough public interest in the product. I personally think this was pure BUNK!! She  sent me coupons for their product OUT! stain and Oder remover for pet stains.(????) I have not bought any yet, and I'm quite dubious about it being anything even near to Totally Toddler's ability to, not only remove even serious stains, but also it's ability to make everything actually smell wonderful. I have been using the stain remover for years, purchasing it by the double gallons. I also found the dryer sheets. I could not be more disappointed in the manufacturers for obviously mishandling the potential of their product,but also, for not doing any significant advertising. This was an excellent product and I can see no valid excuse for it's demise. I am sadden to not be able to readily purchase one of the most excellent smelling and proficient stain removers I have ever used!! And I am nearly 70 years old.

Question 2

Any tips on how to use this product successfully?  (Rub, soak, etc?)  It has been very ineffective for me so far.  Thank you.

You need to do either one of those for optimal results. I usually let it soak sometimes for a day. I usually spray the spot right before I toss it in the laundry basket and leave it there soaking until I wash it. If you are short on time then rubbing it in its what you want to do. I also use a pretty generous amount.
