Perfect Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese
Finding a tasty boxed mac and cheese that fits my child's gluten-free diet has been a challenge. After trying various options (at great expense), I decided to create my own using high-protein noodles and this Cheddar Cheese Powder. After a bit of trial and error, it has become one of her favorite meals! I warm about 1/8 cup of milk and a couple tablespoons of butter in a dish, then add a tablespoon of this cheddar cheese powder and mix well. For a creamier texture, I also add processed cheese slices. The dish is tasty, extra creamy, and it really saves money! Highly recommend!

Rich cheesy flavor
This is by far the best cheese powder I have tried. It has a really nice cheesy flavor, good value and easy to use. I put it on popcorn and the kids love it. It seems a little salty or perhaps it’s another ingredient that makes it seem salty and that’s what keeps me from giving it five stars. I’d give it 4 1/2 if that was an option, because it’s definitely better than anything I’ve tried so far.

It's gluten free
Good quality for money Was so happy to be able to find this as cheese powder that is gluten free. It's so hard to find. Worth the money I paid for it. I loved it on popcorn. Also put it in mac and cheese. Gluten-Friendly

Difficult to mix into sauces
Despite the other good reviews, I personally was disappointed. I find it too strong in taste, too lurid an orange color, and very difficult to incorporate into sauces or grits. I end having to whisk very vigorously for up to five minutes. Even then, it's not completely mixed. If we ever get it used up, we'll try a different brand next time.

Healthier but need to use a lot
I got this as a healthier alternative to boxed Mac cheese. You have to use a lot to get flavor. Not sure how cost effective it is. Haven’t tried it on popcorn yet.

Bland and flavorless
I gave this a shot with popcorn. But nope. Very bland and flavorless. We even added multiple tablespoons just to enhance the flavor. But it was like eating popcorn covered with salted fluor.
