good
This compact and portable scale offers exceptional accuracy and precision, making it great for crafting the ideal cup of espresso or pour-over coffee. The scale's ability to measure weight in increments of 0.1 grams ensures that I can precisely weigh out my coffee grounds, achieving consistent results every time. The built-in timer helps me keep track of brewing time without using a separate timer.

this is nice it has replaced my use of the bigger kitchen scales to weigh out my coffee beans, the timer setting seems point less but the rest works great

Looks Durable & Feels Durable!
It definitely is durable - it's quite a weighty little thing (it has a glass top and a battery - rechargeable via. USB-C) inside it) which means that the fit and finish of this item is extremely good - I LOVE the aluminium surround on the rim of this product. You can double this thing up as a mini-timer too - which is a very nice touch; if you're going to give this to a coffee addict, then they won't be disappointed. You can load up to about 2kg's before it errors out so when measuring really fine products, or were precision is absolutely vital (every gram matters!), this is a great product. It won't damage your counter as it has a rubber mat underneath - handy for it to be kept steady!

Works well
Good little scale to go with my new coffee machine. I like to use it in grams, and I'm not having any problems with it. Came with some charge, but you need to use the charging cable supplied for recharging (as another reviewer pointed out other cables don't work, unfortunately).

Sturdy and seems to be very accurate.
This has a very nice design and feel, sturdy and well made to be robust. We're actually using this for fine measurements making our Hackbraten, with small amounts of spices and vegetables required this seems to be more accurate than the regular scales we were using. The fact that is has such a sleek and eye catching design is no bad thing either, it certainly would not look out of place in a fancy restaurant and with the extra benefit of it being chargeable and therefore eco friendly I cannot think of a single flaw with this lovely little scale and heartily recommend him to all.

Very accurate scales - useful for more than coffee
I like to make a nice cup of coffee but can hardly say I am a fanatic - but I would like to be able to do it better, so was interested to try these scales. They are such a neat little gadget - about the size of a beer mat (though thicker). They charge up via USB-C and the charge seems to last ages. The scale can weigh in g, oz or ml and down to very small and accurate amounts.I really appreciated being able to weigh exactly the right amount of coffee, but as we use a pour-over method or even a cafetière I am still experimenting with the timer. However I am doing a lot of fermenting and am finding these scales really helpful for measuring accurate amounts of things like salt - since fermenting is very much about getting the quantities right to make them work well. These are just the best thing for this. And in a totally different way they have been so helpful for measuring small quantities of yarn - when I am trying to make up squares using wool oddments. And even weighing letters to check postage.I'm delighted with these scales and will be using them for coffee and many other things besides.

Fab set of coffee scales with built-in timers for different styles of coffee weighing and timing
This review is for "Rechargeable Mini Coffee Scale with Timer, Maestri House Espresso Scale, 2kg/0.1g Accurate Scale for Espresso and Pour-Over Coffee."This is a really lovely device, and one that instantly shows off its quality of design and manufacture. Its a real pleasure to use and actually adds to the positive feeling of the coffee being made. The scales have a 0.1g accuracy display, and can go up to 2000g which allows for weighing a cup or cafetiere with water included too. There are a host of different modes including auto-start timers that begin when the weight has stabilised, so you can measure the coffee accurately, add it to the cafetiere, and then add water until you have the right weighed amount...when you stop adding water the timer starts. I'm still getting used to the flexibility of the different timer modes, but this will finally mean I can work out my perfect coffee brew and then be able to repeat it every time.I'm very happy with the scale - and easily rate it five stars. The price at the time of ordering was around £30 which although high for ordinary scales, is good value for this type of specialised scales and easily worth it if you love making coffee. Recommended.

Weighing scales
We use these as general kitchen scales and they’re brilliant. They are small so big bowls etc may not fit but we’ve had no issues. Nice clean modern design so fit well with our decor and countertops. They’re so easy to use and seem very accurate.

Nice small fast coffee scale
I have purchased three different small scales and decided to keep this one. Though it was a little more expensive than the other two, it was worth the quality. It responds instantly and has a cool sleek look. It does not feel cheap. I like the rubber protector that comes with it. Recommended for coffee lovers. Fits nicely with the espresso Breville Barista Express machine.

dead battery in a month UPDATE -UP RATED
I have bought several of these from other sellers. The batteries all failed eventually. I really liked this one. With the glass top, the slightly larger body and the higher price I thought this one might be different. I destroyed one of the other ones to see if I could see the battery, and failed. The battery indicator started flashing on this one after two weeks. I charged it overnight and and it was still flashing. I charged it for another night - I read somewhere to not use a "fast charger" but no definition of how fast. So I used an old Apple original cube because I don't they get any slower than that. Eventually I used it with light flashing for two more weeks before it quit altogether. So I searched most of the other similar ones here - (and there a lot of them) to try again. All of them had reviews mentioning early battery failure. The 4 star ratings appeared to come from people that wrote them after a few uses. I was about to give up and use a huge kitchen scale. But in one of the reviews a guy writes that these don't work with "standard USB C cables". ???? USB C IS A STANDARD!! Anything else is not USBC. Just on a whim, because I had run out of options, I looked around and found a cable that came with one the scales I had bought. I charged it overnight as before. Next morning it came on and the light was not flashing. How many people on this planet have iPhones or something else with a USB C cable and it's already plugged into a charger, and naturally used it to charge this scale rather than use the cheap short one that came with the scale and came without a charger? I'm not changing my rating from 1 star because they must know that and should have a sticker on the front of the scale saying to use only their cheap nonstandard cable.I will look up this review when it quits working for good. If it makes it past one year it will be my favorite scale. When I started this odyssey I had hoped for a couple of years. Now I will settle for one.I should note my main use: Aeropress, at least five or six times every day - weighing the Dose and monitoring the Brew Time. Almost any of these type things will work fine for that with a minimal countertop footprint...unless they fail.Update - Uprated: So. I recharged it with their cheap short cable. The charge lasted at least twice as long as the original charge it came with. The next time the charge light came on I watched it and it only took about an hour to charge up.I'm still mad that I threw two other ones away. But I have to uprate this from One Star to 5.I like it.It seems to be easier than the others to keep from going from grams to something else. And I wish the "auto" function would go away but it shows a big AUTO notice on the screen so it's hard to miss if you get it turned on accidentally. I only do americanos with my expresso machine so it wouldn't work with that anyway.Bottom line - this one is better than the others I've bought hands down. I hope I don't have to buy another soon. It's smaller than the largest one, nice glass top, and more readable display. Most of these ads look the same but they are all different in some ways. All of them are repeatable so if you use a dosing cup for instance it weighs the same every time to the 10th g, or minus g if it' removed.I can only attest to Aeropress or Kalita pour overs but it's the best of the four I have tried.

Absolutely amazing
I was looking for a good looking, sleek yet small scale to up my espresso game. Even though on the expensive side, I'm extremely happy with this one. It's the smallest scale I could find, fits right under my deLonghi dedica and I don't even need to remove the metal plate.Pay attention: keep each side free (don't let it get against other objects, like the back of the espresso machine) or the scale won't be able to calibrate. If you leave just a mm free from the back, it will be very precise and consistent.Highly recommended!
