Been using for over a month now! I love the taste and love that it is no sugar added. I truly believe this is helping my hair a lot. I have always had an issue with hair loss and this has helped decrease that. I have also always struggled with my hair being super oily after 1 day of washing. Ever since I started taking this, I could go for up to a week without washing my hair, possibly even more if it weren’t for me just feeling like I needed to. My hair doesn’t look oily like it usually does and it feel much stronger! On the other hand, I don’t feel like it has benefitted my skin as I have been breaking out since I started taking it and I don’t think it’s helping with my hormonal imbalance, but maybe time will tell.
