Baking Cooking Accessories

The bakeware is exactly what I have been looking for to replace a heavier one that is beginning to crack. Product is great! The company of origin packed the two pie plates expertly with thick foam and cardboard, However, FYI, the exterior box it was delivered in was almost completely open and arrived later than first reported. Perhaps the exterior box was too large as there was not additional packing between it and the original packing.

Using these to bake 2-3 pies a week for the local Bistrot. Heavy solid stoneware…as long as you know how to treat/clean/use a glazed pottery piece they should last as long as I’m baking for the Bistrot. Just remember to up the temperature when baking with stoneware, and never shock ceramic pieces by putting on a cold surface when hot, or putting in a dishpan while hot, if you don’t totally submerge the piece. (A common problem with wait-staff and the Le Creuset ceramic ramekins.) btw this will happen with any ceramic piece. Even heat/cooling, not shocking the item

Very sturdy pie tins. Tested with an apple pie, pulled from my fridge and into a 450f oven, no problems, crust cooked even and beautifully.

Classic, very pretty heavy pie dishes. I purchased the dark blue, they're gorgeous. I love them and so happy I broke down and purchased these!
