Very pleased with the quality and speed of delivery. The bag seems well made and robust with good capacity. Purchased as a response bag for my son with some added first aid/obs kit. Detachable pouches carry a decent amount but if you over-fill you will have trouble closing the bag. Detachable pouch will take a BVM but not much in addition. Managed a good selection of dressings/gloves in one, basic obs kit (Paed BP cuff shown)in another and basic first aid meds. Pictures show one pouch missing (son's rescue meds which we carry separately most of the time). Front pouch would take cannulation bits though I have used it for basic airway. Zip pocket comfortably takes steth case. Side pockets are not that roomy but I have used them for emergency waterproof ponchos. Straps are wide and adjustable and the bag is reasonably comfortable to carry (I've done a day's hike with it!). Top handle is very useful. Overall this is a really well-made quality product with which I was very pleased. Might not take a FULL paramedic kit but certainly serves as a "basics +" response bag very well.

I did a fair bit of research before choosing this bag. I wanted it to be big enough to hold all my first aid kit, with storage pouches and different compartments so I could go straight to what I need in an emergency. I have waited a few months before leaving this review and it is still serving me perfectly.

This was a great trauma bag, that did exactly what I wanted it to do. The individual cases are good quality and I have adopted the abcd to identify the content. A=airway, B= breathing, bvms , suction etc, C= circulation dressings, celox, tourniquet, D= diagnostic with the two remaining internal pouches trauma support,. Hypokit, bandages bravery badges paediatric plasters. The two side pockets contain burns dressings and pulse ox and splint rolls. This is a high quality bag ,that is well made, comfortable to wear and in my mind it's a great BLS trauma/first aid kit. It would of course be equally good as an ils kit, ACLS kit or para kit. It could also be used as a transfer bag or drs bag. You can respond with the whole bag or just the individual bags if the nature of the trauma is known.

The internal bags are a little bit poorer quality than I hoped but have other that I can substitute. The bag is compact but is able to hold a decent amount of kit. Probably too small if you want to carry your O2, BVM, O2 masks, Neb masks and Defib in one bag. But if, like I do, you prefer the old school approach of a separate Oxygen bag and Defib then it is a perfect size. Haven’t got it wet or dirty so can’t advise on how waterproof it is or how easy to clean. For the price it represent decent value over the more expensive stuff from SP Services.

Well built but a bit tight when all the pouches are in place, could of done with another inch on the girth if the bag. Good bit of kit though

I’m a UK based paramedic and this is the best bag I’ve owned to date. Really well made and great quality inserts. I have my IV access in the front pouch and my temp, BM and Stethoscope in the side pocket. That’s all I have to open 95% of calls but when I do have to open the inner compartments, it’s all really easily organised with lots of colour coded pouches and elastic loops. I did need to get one extra pouch to suit my needs but I am a bit on the “kitchen sink” side of things. Bag has great zips, easily wiped clean exterior and the reflectors are very useful at night! Highly recommended!

Great little bag. Slightly heavier than I expected thanks to the flat bottom which keeps it standing upright on its own. When I say "heavier" I mean its not an empty backpack weight, its like a backpack with a bottle in it or similar. Inside has 5 pouched and Velcro for securing. Two outside pockets. All feels very good quality and strong zips. Perfect for my needs.

I wanted this Paramedic equipment bag to manage my own gear to take on duty. Firm and durable. Strong fasteners. Two compartments with six large pouches to divide my airways pouch, auscultation and BP set, BGL and temp kit, torches and pen lights, syringe kit, large dressings etc. Two outside pouches for mid shift snacks and drug field guide.

La mochila es bastante grande, con lo que le cabe bastante material. Es muy robusta. Los bolsillo exteriores están muy bien y permiten clasificar bien el material. La parte principal de la mochila viene equipada con bolsitas transparentes con cremallera y velcro, lo cual permite muchas posibilidades de individualizarla, según necesidades. Las cremalleras son muy resistentes, grandes, con facilidad para abrir y cerrar. Los detalles para colgarla a la espalda son muy completos, cómoda de llevar. Los colores son ideales, vistosos, con franjas reflectantes muy adecuadas. En las opiniones de otros usuarios había leido que tenía un peso excesivo....pero si queremos que sea robusta, que se quede de pie, que sea resistente a la erosión, y que sea grande...no hay más remedio que sea más pesada que otra. He adquirido dos unidades para la Policía Local y la satisfacción es absoluta. Muy muy recomendable.

Sac à dos très bien agencé, beaucoup de rangement, poignet et fermeture éclair très solide. Les bandes réfléchissantes sont un plus. Très bon produit
