How does the battery remove on the V11?

There’s a red button on the bottom of the handle where the battery connects. You just press it and it pops right off.

Is the cleaning bar safe to use on hand knotted Wool area rug?

I use it on the lower power setting and has not dammaged any of my rugs. But each rug is different as they are hand made
