Comfortable head collar
We have a number of these collars for our border collies. They both come and stand to have them put on so no objection from their side.The padding makes them comfortable to wear and compared to other head collars stay in position and do not mark the fur.Although Dogmatic does not provide a link between the head collar and a normal collar I would recommend one.We use Halti links. Both our collies and a now deceased corgi slipped out of their head collar (a rare occurrence). But it is better to be safe than sorry.

A new dog now!
My 7 month old Border Collie was no pleasure to walk on the lead and getting very bad habits. Had tried a simpler training collar but he just removed it in seconds every time! He doesn't like the Dogmatic BUT it works!!He is becoming a much better lead-walker and learning that his place is at my knee. I walk him once a day, on the road with the Dogmatic, then just use the slip lead for the rest of our walks.A brilliant product! I have size 2 which is a snug fit for his fairly slender nose.

Amazing
My collie has pulled since he was one and have made do however I've sustained a back injury and can't cope with him pulling. Put the new harness on him and what a difference instant stop of his pulling.

I ordered the same size as a couple of years ...
I ordered the same size as a couple of years ago.And ordered it for 2 dogs, both were smaller than the original and were different sizes to each other!Very odd!

Putty in my hands...
I've waited a few days to check whether my clever, stubborn and pushy Border Collie would get the better of the head collar and me. He didn't. We've had a few tussles (pawing, stopping and refusing to move etc.) but he's finally walking nicely in it and not pulling, which is both a miracle and a profound relief. Tried it on my other BC who is now putty in my hands. Wonderful product and highly recommended.
