Not for 3 year old
Purchased for Easter for my 3 year old grandson. The string is too long and it wrapped around toddlers arm and leg. We cut string and the whole rod came apart in pieces that would fit into children mouth.

It is a fun toy for toddlers, brings a lot of fish, my only complaint is the string gets tangled and popped very easily and I had to tie it back.

Great concept, poor quality
We use this as a fall festival game and I was the ticket holder, so I watched everyone carefully, the rods broke quickly. From the start I know it wasn’t going to last. One of the lines were already broken when I took it out of the box, but we quickly fixed it because we had no time to buy another one for the festival.
