It seems to be working. I use it about twice a day at the morning and at night for a scar that I've had on my hands due to labor work. There is a noticeable difference between when I first started using the cream and now. I would say it's working but only time will tell. I'll update much later on when I'm maybe a few weeks into it. The cream is a bit creamy and sticky so prepare to put a few drops less than you thought you might need.
