Great quality gesso
I usually use white but was painting on a linen panel and wanted it to show through.Whilst not the cheapest, Liquitex is fantastic quality and has remained an industry staple for a reason. The consistency was perfect. It spread well, dried quickly and smoothly and gave a great base to work on.

Great gesso!
Nice and thick with good coverage. Wish they sold the pastel colours over here and the metallic ones. Bought this for around £12, wouldn’t pay more than that though.

Works as intended, just stinks.
It's a perfectly good gesso, a little pricey but good quality. The only down side is that it has a strong odour until it dries.

Exactly what it says
Exactly what I was expecting. Great to use on wood, or canvas to prep the material for painting. It does dry clear as long as it’s thin layers and doesn’t all build up in one place, so be careful with that. Otherwise really happy with it!

Good coverage
Good coverage with two coats. Paint adhered well. Makes a change from using white gesso.

Works amazingly!!
I typically paint on ply wood and this primer has, out of all the primers I’ve used, worked best for me. It lasts for ages as you can dilute it slightly with water for essentially the same effect.
