Do Not Buy
Do not buy this extension cable. With the printer turned off I plugged the extension cable into the printer and the existing cable and is started blinking red twice which is a communication error between the AMS and the printer. When I went to plug the AMS directly to the printer like it was before it blinked red again. The extension cable shorted out the connection on the printer and on Topcube’s website they don’t have an actual phone number or working email to reach out for support.

Short cable to give your AMS lite more breathing room
I had to move my AMS lite further away from my A1 mini to make room for my Sunlu quad filament dryer and this gave me the little extra I needed to still use my AMS lite, sadly the drier had odd friction causing print failures and I ended up top mounting my AMS lite to the top of my A1 Mini. Now I know this was not a failure of this cord as the AMS lite performed constantly in front of me while plugged into the AMS lite. I was printing a single color bust of my late wife that my nephew wanted and it just kept failing at different layers yet retracted and fed filament with the touch screen. But it always bound up around 6%. Love the folks over on the forums they suggested it was the Bowden tube(it was a long distance so its tubing I needed to cut to length) cable looks great fits on with ease and feels quality. I see this as a great cable for those of us who need to relocate our AMS and once in its new home (moving all my printers into a new location next year this cable may come into play for the A1 Mini once again. Nice to see these great accessories out there for these printers.

+20 inches, works great
This extension cable for the AMS Lite works great. As far as the AMS is concerned, the extension is invisible, and I've seen no difference in printing. On the male end, the cable is identical to the one that came with the AMS. On the female end, there's a little catch that grabs onto the corresponding latch on the male side. This works out perfectly, as it keeps the cable from coming undone. In use, this extension cable works out great for me. It adds another 20 inches, making it a lot easier to place the AMS to the left of the printer instead of the right. It would also work out great for those using a wall mounted system. Also, this cable came with a bunch of PTFE tubing, and it's the good stuff, 2.5mm inner diameter, just the same as what came with the AMS. It's precut into 2 lengths of 810mm and 2 of 910mm.

Tubes are a little on the shorter side compared to the extension.
The tubes that come with this are 820mm and 900mm length. Comparing to stock AMS: 580mm and 700mm for A1 Mini 730mm and 830mm for A1 This sounds like an improvement (and it is), but the electrical extension is 500mm EXTRA, (because it chains onto the old one, the PTFE tubes do NOT chain like this) so the tubes included cannot really take full advantage of the electrical length. Some of this length will get taken up by rotating the AMS and the tubes will face a more optimal path most likely if wall mounted, but the tubes are still on the short-end. Depending how far you want to mount things, I'd suggest approximating with the current tubes knowing the lengths included here. The cord will reach anywhere the tubes can. Pictured I'm showing the approximate stock to new tube length by how much they will 'overlap' past the end of the current longest tube on my A1 mini, then the AMS connector from that general overlap, just to show how much longer that is. Longer PTFE tubes or an option for longer at an adjustment would be a good idea.

Bad cable - DO NOT USE
I purchased this cable for my Bambu printer but chose not to use it after reading multiple reviews warning that it had caused serious issues, including bricking the printer. I want to echo those concerns—do not use this cable with your Bambu printer. There’s a real risk of short-circuiting the device. Better to be safe than sorry.
