I was looking for a good quality product for a long time and I was close to buying other bluetooth speakers, those with the most comments. I am glad that I chose these. I'm picky about sound quality and I like playing loud, I've worked as a TV editor for years, and always sound quality was important. Now I was looking for something portable, inexpensive to accompany me in every place (I did not want to invest in something very expensive) I've known Creative for some time and so far it has not disappointed me. It is very well balanced when it comes to sound, quite loud, it keeps the batteries for a long time and is solid and waterproof. The only thing that annoys me is the loud notifications during the start and connection. I would recommend!

Great speakers. I've been using them daily for a few months. The sound quality is impressive for such a small form factor. A HUGE improvement over any built-in speakers. The bass is nice & audible. The sound is rich. The loudness is about average, but definitely enough for me. The battery life is outstanding. Although I leave it plugged in overnight to charge, it lasts a few days after it has been charged. Although I haven't dropped it, the build quality seems very good. It's metal and nice rubber. The base does not flex or anything like that. It does have a small drawback, but this is only applicable to music producers. Within a few seconds it goes into a power saving mode & sound gets disabled. This makes it impossible to use Ableton since it quickly goes into sleep mode, and it takes a few seconds for it to wake up. So, very short sounds could get completely ignored by the speaker. However, this has no impact on music playback whatsoever. On the contrary, it makes the battery life more efficient.

I bought this speaker to replace an ion road rocker which stopped working after years of use. This speaker may not be as loud but the battery life, clarity and size make up for that. The speaker looks and feels of high quality(rubberized exterior), once paired quickly connects every time. The sound is nice and clear and you are unlikely to hear any distortion unless you have a particularly bad quality source to begin with (I think I only found one track so far). The battery life claim of 24 hours seems about right at 3/4 sound level (I've only drained the battery twice so far). You do get an audio warning when the battery at which point you may have about 10-15 minutes of additional use. The speaker comes with a charging cable but you will need a USB wall plug or plug into a PC etc to charge. Some people may want a louder speaker or a speaker with more bass, but this is loud and clear enough for me.

This has quickly become my primary speaker for listening to music in the flat as it's just so easy. Loud enough and clear enough to resonate through the whole room and still sound crisp. Simple Bluetooth interface connects automatically once you've paired for the first time. Can handle noisy metal and sombre classical without loss of fidelity on either. This is my second Creative speaker; the first lasted a good 5 years and followed me on holidays, to festivals, and spent plenty of time stuffed in to bags and backpacks. The Metallix is even better, feels substantial and solid. Sound quality is better. My only issue is that the power button is occasionally slow/unresponsive.

Have been using Creative products for many years. Headphones, mp3 players, speakers. I generally love their products. This one is no different. Great speaker. Easily paired, great sound. Even a bit too strong to be honest. I've had other similar size speakers, but this one has almost double the volume! Just be careful with your bluetooth version. It paired with all my new devices except my phone, which is old and uses a previous bluetooth. Overall i would definitely recommend this speaker. Great value for the money

When Bluetooth to a my tablet watching YouTube or videos the voices was out of sync

An excellent product. Solid build, great battery life and great sound for a Bluetooth speaker. Seamlessly connects every time and the 3.5mm cable override is also never any fuss. The connection voice and sound can be a bit much but not a reason enough to skip on this.

I bought a pair of these after looking around for a while for linkable, stereo Bluetooth speakers and I'm really impressed with how well they perform. Setup was easy and the sound really fills a room. They were first used in a big kitchen/diner while on holiday and were a big improvement over the single speaker we used to use.

Why is this fantastic, visionary company not a household name? I have bought many Creative Technologies products over the years starting with the ground-breaking 6GB Jukebox 20 years ago. Yes, Creative invented the IPod and I instantly had a suitcase full of CD's in a box the size of 3 CD's. It still works BTW. Then 15 years ago the Creative T20 was the best sounding computer speaker set and maybe still is. Mine were $80 (much better than paying $350 for inferior bling brands) and still work fine and sound great after 15 years of daily use. This new Metallix lives up to the legacy. Amazing sound, battery lasts longer than you need. Great build quality, great price point. I am so happy with Creative.

Mucha potencia para su tamaño, muy buena calidad de sonido, excelente la duración de la batería. La construcción es de muy buena calidad. Muy buen precio.

Altavoz satisfactorio, tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. No dudo que existan mejores en el mercado, pero a costa de un precio mayor, obviamente. Para un uso no profesional cumple las expectativas; un sonido claro y con buenos bajos. La duración de la batería es ligeramente menor que la indicada porque seguramente haya sido computada en condiciones óptimas (nivel de volumen bajo) pero aún así de momento se comporta muy bien, (le queda un 60% de batería y habrá sido usado unas 8 horas). El volumen máximo ofrece una sonoridad más que suficiente, por lo menos en estancias cerradas, habría que probarlo al aire libre, pero creo que no habría problemas. El alcance del bluetooth es bueno, pudiendo estar el móvil en el salón, y escuchar sin problemas el altavoz en otra habitación. No he hecho pruebas al aire libre, como he dicho, para ver el alcance máximo. En definitiva, un buen producto de un fabricante, Creative, cuyos dispositivos suelen tener buena calidad, y conmigo siempre ha sido un valor seguro (obviamente, habrá opiniones para todos los gustos y experiencias más o menos positivas, según la persona).

Achetée lors de son lancement en juillet 2018 pour seulement 25 €. J'avais, avant de passer commande, remarqué que les caractéristiques techniques et dimensions étaient identiques à une enceinte bluetooth portable de la marque Anker, la "SoundCore 2" que je possède déjà et dont je suis très satisfait. Une fois reçue, bingo ! Même produit vendu sous un habillage et une marque différents. Ce phénomène se généralise pour de nombreux produits fabriqués en Chine et vendus sur Amazon

Come al solito consegna rapidissima. Comprato durante un periodo di sconti. Volevo provare un altoparlante BT senza spendere troppo, perché l'utilizzo principale sarebbe stato in bagno durante la doccia. Per il prezzo che costa offre tanta qualità! Anche costruttiva, almeno all'apparenza. Si è accoppiato velocemente al mio cellulare senza problemi e con una buona potenza d'audio. Ha stupefatto la platea a cui l'ho mostrato. Sicuramente c'è di meglio. Non a questo prezzo e non credo nemmeno al doppio. Non posso valutare la durata della batteria perché non l'ho testato in questo senso. Posso dire che l'ho acquistato il 22 Novembre, mi pare sia arrivato in una settimana circa, caricato in circa 8 ore e da allora non è stato usato moltissimo forse un'oretta, massimo 2 in totale. L'ho riacceso dopo un mesetto di inutilizzo oggi 29/01/2019 e la carica non si è persa, come a volte capita. In rete comunque leggo che la durata di oltre 20h è confermata, soprattutto dopo il secondo ciclo di ricarica.
