Very good equipment to train your structure and aim.

I bought this to help develop my form and strength for archery when I am not actually allowed to shoot. The adjustability of the trainer is great, allowing me to increase the resistance as required. When I had a shoulder injury, this helped to redevelop strength and form without foing further damage. I like the spirit level on top of the grip as I had problems maintaining keeping the bow vertical.Overall a good archery training aid.

I can see the merit of using this to improve your release but when the elastic snaps it catches the back of your hand. After a few releases it gets rather painful

Sadly it broke after little use .. it was good for a few week then one of the fasteners broke and it hit the had very hard not recommended. As present that hurt the person no good

Wanted something for training as new to archery and this looked promising after reading the reviews. However upon arriving and testing for first use, it became apparent that the "riser" handle is not representative as of a real riser, thereby affecting your form and encouraging you to grip the handle. Returned as didn't not want this to drive poor habits or affect form developmentOtherwise the item is well made, has good resistance and was shipped very quickly. Hassle free return process

The normal workout band is much more practical to use than this. This is very painful and completely changes my posture. My instructor told me to use the exercise band instead.

Fantastic help good

A good training aid for archers who which to practice their technique. Adjustable strap and spirit level on top of the bow handle grip to help with 'moment of stillness' and technique when the bowstring is pulled back. A good aid in between sessions when you don't have access to an archery range and for warming up before a shooting session. A useful piece of kit.
