Corn syrup is not a bad substitute when it’s not too much. I started taking Gummy Sea Moss March 8 2023 it was a difficult brand, still same great results though, I experienced soooo much energy, low iron increasing, no more aches in my knee, a better menustral flow, pms relief, thicker hair, fast growing nails, better digestion, burdock root in it will make you sweat a little, but I love these I can go on about my personal experience 💯😊
